With over 15 years of experience in live event production and storytelling, he uses his expertise to shape narratives that spotlight African culture and transformation. He is the visionary behind initiatives like WAJO and Shoot Your Shot Africa and continues to mentor young creatives while consulting for top brands and faith-based institutions.

Seun Adeleye (S.A.) is a Lagos-based creative director, filmmaker, and CEO of Enhance 360, a media production company specializing in impactful storytelling and event execution. Starting from a background in dance and theatre, S.A. has spent over 15 years building expertise in content creation, technical direction, and event strategy.

He is the brain behind transformative projects like WAJO, a dance platform that reached over 12,000 people, and Shoot Your Shot Africa, which has trained over 6,000 young content creators nationwide. As a technical director and show caller, he has worked with top-tier brands like Coca-Cola, Guinness, and Ake Festival, as well as celebrated artists in music, film, and ministry.

Deeply invested in social transformation, S.A. also consults for churches globally, helping them leverage media for outreach and impact. His work is rooted in a commitment to joy, excellence, equity, and humanity.

Seun Adeleye, fondly known as S.A., is a visionary creative director, content creator, and filmmaker with a mission to tell untold African stories and uplift humanity through creativity. His journey began in the worlds of dance and theatre, where he developed his skills in writing, directing, and stage production. Today, he stands as the CEO of Enhance 360, a full-service video and event production company, where he helps brands and organizations bring their stories to life with clarity, beauty, and impact.

With over 15 years of experience in live and recorded media, S.A. has directed and managed stage plays, art festivals, conferences, concerts, and corporate content across Nigeria and beyond. His collaborations include major brands such as Coca-Cola, Sterling Bank, L’Oréal, and Daystar Christian Centre. He has worked with some of Nigeria’s most celebrated creatives in music, film, and faith, bringing technical expertise and creative vision to each project.

S.A.’s commitment to social change and youth empowerment shines through in initiatives like:

WAJO(2013): A cultural dance movement that hosted over 60 shows, impacting 150+ dancers and 12,000+ audience members.
Shoot Your Shot Africa(2021–present): A co-founded initiative that trains and showcases emerging creatives, reaching over 6,000 talents across universities and communities.
For the Love of Dance(2020): A self-directed documentary chronicling the evolution of Nigerian dance, which premiered at AFRIFF and streams on Amazon Prime.

He is also the founder of Show Callerz Africa, a collective of technical and creative directors who specialize in seamless, high-quality event execution. In addition, his years of service in church media have positioned him as a trusted consultant for churches worldwide, helping build strong media departments and digital content strategies.
